This project began as “Music in M43,” a challenge to prove that small sensors could capture big sounds in the darkest venues. It was about pushing the limits of gear and showing what was possible.

But the story is bigger than one system. From the intimate files of a Micro Four Thirds sensor to the rich detail of a Full Frame, the goal has always been the same: to capture the energy, the passion, and the fleeting moments of a live performance. This space showcases work from all the systems I use, celebrating the music and the craft of capturing it. It’s proof that a great image comes from the photographer, not just the camera.
